Title Transfer Officer
Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the end-to-end process of transferring property titles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies, such as the Registry of Deeds, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and local government units (LGUs).
• Secure all necessary documents, permits, and clearances for title transfer.
• Track and monitor the status of title transfer applications and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and review all required documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with legal standards.
• Stay updated on changes to regulations, fees, and requirements related to property title transfers.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in in handling property title transfers or similar processes, real estate documentation, or mortgage accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Demonstrates high level of integrity.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at government offices as needed
