Job Description:

• Estimate/forecast the cost of labor & materials needed for the project
• Coordinates with different Departments such as Design, Contracts, Purchasing and Site Personnel for budget related items
• Tracks changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly
• Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 2 years’ experience as Cost Engineer; experience in mass housing projects is an advantage
