Job Responsibilities:

• Estimate/forecast the cost of labor & materials needed for the project.
• Coordinates with different Departments such as Design, Contracts, Purchasing and Site Personnel for budget related items.
• Tracks changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly.
• Evaluates change orders.
• Conducts site inspection as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 2 years’ experience as Cost Engineer; experience in mass housing projects is an advantage.
• Must be flexible and team player
• Proficient in Microsoft office, problem solving and people management skills;
• Good coordination and communication skills (oral and written)
• Assertive, focused, organized and can do multi-tasking
