Job Description:

• Monitoring the project to assure that it is done in full accordance with plans and specifications
• Coordinates with Construction Group/Contractors for the review of the work plan submitted and suggests any modification, as necessary
• Coordinates with Construction Group/Contractors with the preparation and implementation of construction schedules and delivery of works
• Evaluate and certifies the work accomplishment of Construction/Contractor for acceptance by PHRDC according to quality and quantity
• Counterchecks and responsible for punch listing of completed units between technical operations group and contractors, as well as buyer’s punch listing
• Coordinates with Construction Group / Contractors in preparation of monthly project accomplishment report
• Review Bill of Materials prepared and submitted by Construction
• Review As-Built Plans prepared and submitted by Construction
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer
