Job Description:

• Preparation of schematic drawings, conceptual plans, design development drawings and construction plans based on the design requirements for the project
• Prepares complete building/ house/ subdivision plan and technical specifications for permit application, marketing and construction use
• Ensures that all plans prepared and submitted are compliant to building codes, BP 220, PD 957 and other standards
• Conceptualize and produce 2D, 3D images and walk through videos needed for marketing presentation materials
• Conducts site visit to verify quality of actual construction works
• Meets with site technical team to address concerns pertaining to the architectural design prepared by the Project Architect
• Ensures that the construction of model house, clubhouse, landscaping and amenity area are of quality that are compliant to company and design standard
